Clearing ice from the car parks and pavements by a Eurovia Québec BU

The first Power Road® project across the Atlantic, at the Eurovia Québec business unit in Bromont, was purpose-engineered to cope with the weather conditions in the province.

The system serves several purposes:

  • Heating and cooling the offices
  • Clearing ice from the car park and pavements
  • Protecting the road from cracks in extremely cold weather (down to minus 20°C),
  • Protecting the road’s structure from frost heave
